How we Born

Inspired by Senge's philosophy and Ghandhi's ideology a group of three college students Bharat Bhushan,Nitish Roy,Ravi Mohan came together in 2015 to set up onestep Foundation to work with grassroots initiatives for effecting positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children, their families and communities, we adopt holistic approach of enhancing the less fortunate peoples's life through entertainment activities, innovative healthcare and market-focused livelihood programmes, onestep has a flexible and innovative mode which will show it's effectiveness in the urban, rural and tribal belts soon. Our model ensures that the local community needs are met, thus benefiting entire community or village.
